Macrae Skye Shipping Policy:

We offer Free Ground Shipping on US orders over $100. Otherwise, shipping within the US is $9.50. Shipping outside of the United States will be calculated based on destination. 

Please note that all face masks and swimsuits are final sale.

Macrae Skye Returns Policy:

• Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, for store credit or exchange only.
• Returns will only be accepted with the original tag still attached, unworn and in the condition it was received. 
• All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Macrae Skye Returns Procedure:

• Login into your Macrae Skye Account and choose the items that you would like to return for an exchange or credit.
• Once the return is authorized, you will receive a printable shipping label to send back your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping costs, including the cost of return shipping, will be deducted from your refund.
• Items sent back for exchange or credit will be inspected by our team, and if accepted, the credit will typically be issued between 5-7 business days.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you or credited to your Macrae Skye account.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
