Shipping policy

We offer Free Ground Shipping on US orders over $100. Otherwise, shipping within the US is $8.50, and shipping outside of the United States $16. 


Macrae Skye Returns Policy:

  1. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt for store credit or exchange only.

  2. Returns will only be accepted with the original tag still attached, unworn and in the condition it was received. 

  3. All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Macrae Skye Returns Procedure:

  1. Please return your items for exchange or store credit, including your name, phone number, and order number in the package.

  2. Our sales team will contact you within 1–2 business days of receiving your returned items.


Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you or credited to your Macrae Skye account.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
