Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. No item returned beyond 14 days of receipt will be accepted.

Returns will only be accepted with the original tag still attached, unworn and in the condition it was received.

Login into your Macrae Skye Account and choose the items that you would like to return.
- Once the return is authorized, you will receive a printable shipping label to send back your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping costs, including the cost of return shipping, will be deducted from your refund.
- The returned items will be inspected by our team, and if accepted, a refund will typically be issued between 3-5 business days.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you or credited to your Macrae Skye account.
