Shipping & Returns
Macrae Skye Shipping Policy:
We offer Free Ground Shipping on US orders over $100. Otherwise, shipping within the US is $9.50. Shipping outside of the United States will be calculated based on destination.
Please note that all face masks and swimsuits are final sale.
Macrae Skye Returns Policy:
- Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, for store credit or exchange only.
- Returns will only be accepted with the original tag still attached, unworn and in the condition it was received.
- All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Macrae Skye Returns Procedure:
- Login into your Macrae Skye Account and choose the items that you would like to return.
- Once the return is authorized, you will receive a printable shipping label to send back your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping costs, including the cost of return shipping, will be deducted from your refund.
- The returned items will be inspected by our team, and if accepted, a refund will typically be issued between 3-5 business days.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you or credited to your Macrae Skye account.
